IMPORTANT – the 02 Ring has a stretchable, silicone band to connect the ring to the finger. It is strong however please use care when wearing the ring.
The 02 Ring is a medical-grade oxygen and heart rate monitor. It can be used as a simple sleep apnea screening tool as shown in the Video below. It can also be used to help you make adjustments to your cpap therapy
